Take your little Super hero or Princess in their best costumes and head to Zoo World for a safe, fun, day time trick or treating experience like no other! In years past Zoo Boo has been a very popular annual tradition in the community. Naturally, we are excited about animals and candy at PCB Social so we messaged Zoo World and asked ‘’what was in store for this year’s Zoo Boo?’’ A zoo world representative messaged me back promptly with “We are really excited for this year! Zoo Boo is going on during regular zoo hours. So this year its Trick-or-Treat with the animals! We have spread the event over two days to help alleviate the parking congestion. We will have a Clown, Bounce house, face painting, live animals shows and amazing live animal photo ops!”
Zoo World will be open during regular hours October 31st and Nov 1st from 10am-4pm for their annual Zoo Boo Event. General Admission is only $10 on this day (69% off regular priced admission) and only $5 if you are a season pass holder.
Trick-or-Treat tables from various places will be set up inside the zoo. Several local businesses have gotten involved by signing up for trick or treat tables or donating prizes. Rock’it Lanes has donated a birthday party package that will be given away to a lucky costume contest winner. According to Facebook lots of toys and books have been donated for giveaways as well.
All the animals will be out and available for viewing during Zoo Boo with some live animal demonstrations going on. If you want to get up close and personal with the animals, feeding Cups, leaves and feeding sticks will be available for purchase at the front counter to feed the petting zoo animals, Giraffe, and Parakeets.
So go find a little Ghost or Goblin and take them to Zoo Boo Oct 31st or Nov 1st at Zoo World at 9008 Front Beach Rd., Panama City Beach “It’s wilder than the beach at spring break”!
